Barwon health is the major regional health provider for the Barwon South West region. It is Victoria’s largest regional health service with one of the busiest hospitals in the state, University Hospital. About the role 


Are you looking for an opportunity to take on the challenge of a leadership role? This is a part-time job share role. As the NUM of the Central Sterilisation Unit you will possess excellent clinical, management and leadership skills. You will have proven ability to take on a leadership role and manage strategic and daily issues through your ability to build and maintain relationships.


You will possess sound communication skills, good time management skills and be well organised in your work practice. You will be skilled at setting clear expectations and be accountable for outcomes and have demonstrated experience in innovation and change management.


You must be a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency. A health related post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded. You must have a significant level of nursing skill and proven commitment to flexibility and innovation in practice.  You will have a demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development.
