This Role
This substantial role works closely with the Director of Nursing RACS, the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is responsible for leading a team of professional nurses and care staff to provide the highest level of person centered care that meets the strategic needs of the hospital. The Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for supporting and promoting activities which are consistent with the values of Dhelkaya.
The successful applicant should have a demonstrated ability to work within and support a multidisciplinary team, have highly developed communication skills, problem solving, interpersonal and clinical leadership skills together with a strong background in change management principals.
