We are seeking a fixed term part time (4 days/week) Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Radiation Therapy Service nursing team at the Box Hill Campus.  As the NUM, you will have a pivotal role in managing daily campus operations, strengthening relationships with our service partners and driving strategic developments within the service. This role is available part time (4 days/ 32 hour per week) in a role share arrangement with another NUM working the remaining 1 day per week.

As a clinical and operational leader, you will have the responsibility in ensuring the delivery of evidence based nursing care that meets professional, organisational, legal and ethical standards in order to optimise health outcomes for the community.  You will be dedicated to ongoing staff development and as a member of the Box Hill Campus Management Team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive culture within a cycle of continuous service improvement.

We hope to commence handover in the role 12 July 2022.
