We are seeking a Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to lead the Bed-Based Transitional Care Program (TCP) ward at Williamstown Hospital.
About the role
The TCP ward at Williamstown Hospital is a 30 bed ward that provides short-term care (up to 12 weeks) including nursing support, social work, personal and allied health care.
