  • This exciting senior nursing position will be a key role in the RMH(NWMH) development of a recruitment strategy that targets both registered nurse with specialist qualifications in mental health nursing and registered nurses from an acute health background looking to transition to mental health nursing.

  • Full Time - Fixed Term Grade 5 RPN role, based at Royal Park Campus, working closely with key stakeholders to develop a recruitment strategy for nurses moving into mental health from an acute health setting.

  • If you are looking for a senior nursing position that will have a direct impact on how RMH(NWMH) builds and retains our future nursing workforce then this role could be for you.


Your Contribution:





  • Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

  • A good understanding of all of the components of nursing recruitment processes and human resource on boarding.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and demonstrated ability to problem solve, negotiate and communicate.

  • Substantial clinical experience (at least five years) in a range of Mental Health settings.
