The West Gippsland Healthcare Group are currently seeking applications for our 2023 intake of unaccredited O&G Registrars.
This 6 month position is ideally suited to a candidate with an interest in pursuing O&G as a specialty. We offer exposure to a broad range of obstetrics and gynaecology including birth suite, antenatal clinic, early pregnancy assessment, gynaecology clinic and theatre. There are opportunities to develop skills in caesarean section, instrumental birth and gynaecological procedures such as hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and open surgey. You will work within a friendly and supportive team of specialist obstetrician/gynecologists, specialist GP Obstetricians and junior medical staff.
While candidates are required to participate in a rotating 24/7 roster over a range of shifts, we are able to offer a range of employment modes and contract lengths to preferred candidates, in order to suit your lifestyle or training requirements.
Applicants with AHPRA approved General Registration and Australian hospital experience need only apply for this role.
