An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Grade 2, Occupational Therapist to join our Health Independance Program (HIP), Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS)/Better@Home-subacute
The Grade 2 Occupational Therapist will work as a member of either the HIP Community Rehabilitation Services Team or Better@Home Sub acute, an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals providing therapy to clients receiving home based and centre based services. The work will involve occupational therapy assessment and management of clients at home, in the centre or in the community to optimise or maintain independence and functional capacity.
