Occupational Therapist (Grade 1)

Exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated health professionals to join the Grade 1 Occupational Therapy rotation program which aims to:

• provide a safe and supported opportunity for Occupational Therapists (OTs) to obtain

  • in a range of program areas across the continuum of care at Bendigo Health.
  
  
  • Classification & Salary as per EBA (VE9 - AF14)

Objectives of the Grade one OT Rotational Program:

The objectives of the Grade One Occupational Therapist (G1 OT) Rotation Program include:

• providing G1 OTs with guided clinical skill development with appropriate OT specific supervision


• assisting G1 OTs to consolidate a range of knowledge and skills in a range of different clinical areas


• fostering a supportive environment for OT staff


• providing a effective rotational program with minimal disruption to patient care and ensuring program areas / managers are well informed of the OT rotational program.
