The Position

Title: OHS Coordinator

Department:  People and Culture

Classification:  HS3 - HS4 dependent on skills and experience

Hours per fortnight: 52 (0.65 FTE)

Status:  Permanent, part-time

We are seeking an OHS Coordinator to join our People and Culture team at Echuca Regional Health (ERH). Joining an already dynamic team that supports and develops our workforce to be the best they can be you will be experienced and passionate about workplace safety.

Your ability to build relationships, provide advice and assist in implementing solutions to make the workplace safe will provide you with ongoing enjoyment and success in the role.

Reporting to the Executive Director, People and Culture you will need:

  • Qualifications or experience in OHS and Return to Work Coordinator
  • To have a genuine interest in the health, safety and wellbeing of employees
  • To be a team player who is able to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication techniques
  • The ability to drive outcomes

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children’s Check and evidence of triple vaccination for COVID-19 prior to appointment.
