The Division of Emergency, Medicine and Access at Western Health has an exciting opportunity for an experienced operational leader to join our team as Operations Manager, General Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
The role is responsible for leading and coordinating staff as well as developing, monitoring and evaluating systems to achieve optimal utilisation of the programs’ resources, ensuring the organisation is responsive to the needs of the community via the achievement of patient activity and quality and safety targets. These accountabilities encompass the leadership, coordination and management of the daily operations of the medical wards at Footscray Hospital, the General Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology Units and the Endoscopy Bookings Office.
