Digital Health is a program established to transform Barwon Health and move away from legacy paper-based processes creating a rich, reliable, and interoperable Electronic Health Record that will improve health care outcomes as well as improve usability and accessibility of health information by clinical staff.
About the role:
We are looking for an Organisational Change Manager who would help support the Community EMR Project. The change manager will play a key role in ensuring the Digital Health Program meets objectives and achieves its business case benefits by increasing employee adoption, usage, and sustainability of solutions. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees as well as mitigate clinical risks by reducing the impacts of change. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. The role will develop, lead, monitor and report on the end-to-end change process that results in leaders and users of all roles and levels competently and confidently using digital solutions.
