What You Will Be Doing

Peninsula Health currently has an opportunity for an experienced and personable admin assistant to join our Outpatient clerical team on a Permanent Part Time basis.

Collaborating closely with a committed clerical and clinical team, The Administration Assistant Position for Outpatients Specialist Clinics is responsible for providing support and coordination of the referrals and appointment bookings processes and systems.
This position will monitor our progress to ensure Outpatients referrals and appointments are managed as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and reporting on referral and booking KPI’s
Assist in improving administrative processes within the referrals and booking functions.
Ensure all staff are appropriately trained and supported to achieve the required standards of work performance within referrals and booking teams.
Demonstrates leadership in positive workplace behaviors and relationships at all times.
Deal with administrative priorities in a timely manner.
