The Child and Family Program Monash Health Community
The Child and Family Program including Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies (HMHB) is comprised of numerous disciplines that focus on assessment and Child and Family focused care. The program consists of Counsellors, Occupational Therapists , Speech Pathologists, Dieticians, Podiatrists,Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Community Development Workers AHA'S and Family Support Workers. The team is committed to working with communities, families and individuals who have poor health outcomes and to providing high quality, multidisciplinary programs which embrace child and family centered practice, evidence based practice and the Social Model of Health.
About the Role
The Grade 2 Part Time 22.8 hrs a week Paediatric Dietician when working within community health will be required to provide an efficient, high quality and comprehensive Dietetic and Nutrition service to children aged 0 -18 years and their families . In community settings such as community centres, kinders , schools and Child care. You will function as a member of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team and will work closely with team members to promote an integrated and holistic service. This position would also be part of multidisciplinary Feeding clinics.
