About Monash Children 's Hospital Continence Clinic


The Monash Children's Hospital Continence Clinic is a purpose designed multi disciplinary service for patients with urinary continence problems. The clinic is staffed by paediatricians, a continence physiotherapist and a continence nurse advisor and is supported by the MCH Nephrology and Urology services. Access to uroflow and point of care ultrasound studies are available at the clinic.


The clinic focuses on children and youth with complex voiding disorders, requiring multidisciplinary care; in addition to providing some services for young people with nocturnal enuresis.


About the Role


A position is available at the Monash Children's Hospital Continence Clinic commencing 4 January 2021. The position would suit a general paediatrician seeking to develop or extend their knowledge and understanding of the management of urinary incontinence in children. The successful applicant would join a multidisciplinary team of general paediatricians, continence nurses and continence physiotherapist.


What you need:



  • current registrations such as APHRA or working with children’s check

  • Other specific registrations or checks such as or working with children’s check

  • Specific qualifications

  • Previous experience

  • Include any other mandatory/required skills or licenses

  • Australian working rights
