About the role

The Patient Relationship Officer role operates within a range of competencies and skills that are required to ensure the effective and smooth management of admissions, discharges and transfers across the hospital. You’ll be welcomed into a positive and supportive environment, passionate about delivering cardiac care to a diverse and growing local community. You’ll also enjoy working in brand new facilities in a dedicated heart hospital. The Victorian Heart Hospital will be Australia’s first dedicated heart hospital and is nearing its final stages of construction. It will include a full range of ambulatory and inpatient cardiac care.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, courteous & professional greetings and support to all visitors
  • Reception meet and greet
  • Admitting and discharging patients
  • Great customer service is essential for this role.
  • Working on a rotational roster

About you
