About Monash Health Bureau

Monash Health Bureau (MHB) is an efficient workforce unit that allocates over 450 shifts per day across Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital, Moorabbin Hospital, Kingston Centre and our central production kitchen.  We deliver experienced nursing and midwifery, clinical support and non clinical Support Services to meet the demands of a multi specialised and fast growing organisation.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Patient Service Assistants (PSAs) to work across all Monash Health hospital sites as part of our casual workforce.

As a Monash Health employee, you will have the ability to maintain a high level of communication with patients, visitors and colleagues enabling you to deliver exceptional service. As an integral part of the organisation you will be the face of the casual workforce and consistently demonstrate our core values.

About You

You are an experienced Patient Services Assistant with a strong focus on customer service who is able to commit to working flexible hours across seven days per week.

You are required to have:

  • Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Essential)
  • Current Working with Children’s Check (Employee)
  • Relevant working experience 
  • Good availability to work various casual shifts over 7 days
