Your new team



  • The Payroll Systems Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and support of the Payroll Systems

  • Ensuring service excellence delivery to all Payroll System users across the Financial Shared Services team.


Your success in this role, will be in your ability to



  • First and second point of contact for level one and level two issues for all Payroll and Rostering Systems

  • Ensure on-going, cooperative and effective communication of Payroll and Rostering Systems

  • Act as the functional lead on the implementation, maintenance and administration of the Payroll and Rostering systems

  • Participate directly in all systems testing, including creating test scripts, assisting in the identification and analysis of technical gaps and support the completion of all functional based project deliverables

  • Assist in the documentation of business procedures and help deliver end user training, both one on one and in group sessions  




Your Contribution




  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems, applications and databases or the ability to acquire same in a timely manner

  • Advanced report writing and presentation skills

  • Effective problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Advanced PC skills and use of Microsoft products
