Human Resources Administrator 
12 month Fixed Term position - Part Time - 34 hours per week

Your contribution 


As the Human Resources Administrator, you will be able to draw on your exceptional customer service and administration skills to provide a key interface between People Culture and Wellbeing, candidates, employees and managers.  You will also be able to gain valuable experience in the work of the Women's People Culture and Wellbeing Team as you support a range of employee lifecycle functions.


You will have the opportunity to:



  • Set the Women's standard of exemplary customer service, handling phone, email and face to face enquiries promptly and positively

  • Assist the People Solutions Officer Team with our online New Starter processes, including the completion of required new starter paperwork and credentialing checks as well as onboarding and orientation processes

  • Assist with data entry into the Women's HRIS

  • Using the Women's electronic recruitment system to create variation to contract letters, providing these to employees and ensuring their return in time for applicable payroll timelines

  • Assist with setting up new personnel files, filing documents and archiving processes

  • Manage the PCW Enquiries inbox, and escalating more complex enquiries when required

  • Support the car parking application processes, waitlist and enquiries

  • A range of other administrative tasks to assis the People Solutions and wider People Culture and Wellbeing Teams


About you


To be successful within this role you will need to have:



  • Experience working in a HR Administration position, with experience in a Victorian Public Health highly desirable but not essential

  • Strong experience in a multifaceted customer service role, that requires strong prioritisation and communication skills

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and balance competing priorities

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and data entry skills that prioritise data integrity

  • Experience working with e Recruit and Chris21 desirable but not essential
