About the role
Reporting to the Manager Human Resources and Talent Acquisition we are currently seeking a permanent (full time and part time options available), People & Culture Advisor, responsible for the coordination of the South West Healthcare recruitment process and general HR activities. This is an exciting career opportunity for someone seeking to establish themselves in a People & Culture Advisor role.
What you bring
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to human resources service provision to ensure a professional, timely and efficient recruitment process is achieved for South West Healthcare (SWH).
You must be able to demonstrate an ability to build rapport with a wide range of staff at all levels to provide direction and advice on recruitment processes which will require negotiation, influence and clear communication. As a key contact in the People and Culture team, you should be able to adapt to a changing work environment, possess effective problem solving skills, whilst maintaining confidentiality at the highest level.
Qualifications and experience in Human Resources or management and knowledge of the public healthcare sector is highly desirable but not essential.
