PEOPLE AND CULTURE ADMINISTRATOR

Museums Victoria is seeking a dynamic People and Culture Administrator to provide administrative support on a range of key People & Culture functions.

This new generalist position will support the delivery of an efficient, effective, innovative and collaborative People & Culture function across Museums Victoria. You will enjoy working on a diverse range of initiatives, with a focus on end-to-end recruiting processes, as well as supporting training, workforce/succession planning and a variety of generalist HR needs.

You will need a passion for working with people and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

1. provide effective and accurate information and advice on a range of key People & Culture initiatives as they relate to this role.
2. understanding of the principles and methodologies that apply to effective recruitment and selection process.
3. maintenance of accurate records and processing of a range of transactions on a computerised system.
4. produce high-quality written documentation and a keen focus on attention to detail in administrative deliverables.
5. understand, assess and respond to customer needs in a positive, friendly and efficient manner.

OTHER INFORMATION

This is a Part-Time (0.8 FTE) and Ongoing position. The salary on offer is $64,422 (pro rata) + 10.5% superannuation.
