About the role
This full time ongoing position presents a great opportunity for a positive and dedicated individual seeking a developmental opportunity with supportive managers and colleagues to encourage and assist you to progress your career as a Human Resources professional, regardless of your current capability or experience in the Human Resources industry.
Working alongside our friendly and passionate team of People and Culture Advisors, you will provide a broad range of generalist Human Resources functions, expertise, advice and recommendations across our organisation in recruitment, performance management, industrial relations and workforce planning.
The successful applicant will report to our newly appointed Manager Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, and will work closely with other members of the People and Culture directorate and management.

What you bring
You must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to build rapport with a wide range of people and influence, negotiate and clearly communicate at all times. An ability to work in a changing environment demonstrate flexibility and problem solving skills and to appropriately manage sensitive or confidential information is essential.
Qualifications and experience in Human Resources or management and knowledge of the public healthcare sector is highly desirable but not necessary.
