ESTA is the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies and it partners with the agencies to improve service delivery to the community. It provides Victoria's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for police, fire, ambulance and VICSES and manages the provision of advanced, operational communications for police, ambulance, fire services and the SES. About the role
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Performance both Performance and Capability Lead roles will support the delivery of people performance and coordinate Emergency Communications Services (ECS) capability focussed initiatives and learning. They will develop ESTA wide development activities to build the effectiveness and capability of employees and develop ECS performance.
The roles also represent the People, Capability and reputation (PC&R) team at the site level, providing support in relation to performance, talent, recruitment, wellbeing, and broad guidance on the PC&R services model.
Each role has a portfolio focus that assumes responsibility for either initiatives in health, public safety, recruitment coordination, corporate/performance and RTO governance.
Role 1 - RTO Governance (VRQA – RTO 21660)
We are seeking a highly motivated Performance and Capability Lead, who has a proven compliance management history in the VET sector to manage our compliance, systems, audits, validation, assist with continuous improvement. The Performance and Capability Lead is responsible for the overall management of our internal compliance and governance framework to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations.
Role 2 - Corporate Training
Develop, design and deliver internal training in a corporate environment. Develop direct/indirect employees/learners through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments, and establishing performance and development plans.
