Western Health’s Drug Health Services provide an extensive range in-patient and out-patient treatment services to people struggling with substance abuse issues. We are committed to providing high quality care that places clients and their families at the centre of their treatment. Program areas include Adolescent Community Programs, Adult and Specialist Services, Youth and Adult Community Residential Drug Withdrawal Units, Therapeutic Day Rehabilitation for Women, Dual Diagnosis Residential Rehabilitation, and Addiction Medicine/Nurse Practitioner Clinics.


Drug Health Services are seeking an experienced, motivated and innovative Performance and Reporting Officer to support performance reporting requirements, and work closely with the Leadership Team on developing reporting capacity to inform strategic planning. This is a new role, presenting a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of Drug Health Services.


To be Successful in this Role you



  • Will have a passionate and enthusiastic approach to data collection, analysis and reporting 

  • Are motivated to lead the development of reporting frameworks

  • Have strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with staff at all levels of the service

  • Have experience working in complex reporting environments
