  • The MWAMHS is service committed to working with mental health consumers during their recovery by offering holistic and evidence based treatment - inclusive of family and carers
  • Our Harvester Clinic in Sunshine is made up of a dedicated, highly skilled team of clinicians and practitioners actively and collaboratively working together to provide the highest quality service to our consumers

  • As the personal assistant you will be joining a supportive and ever-growing environment, where you will assist a dedicated team of professionals

Your new role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and Director of Clinical Service
  • Provide high level administrative and office management support to the Area Manager and Director of Clinical Service
  • Manage and maintain medico-legal and statutory portfolios
  • Provide administrative support to meetings including managing diary appointments, setting agendas, reviewing meeting papers and preparing and circulating minutes
  • Maintain digital records for ongoing meetings, general service documents, and projects
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, business activity and communications within the physical environment as required

About you:

  • Demonstrate motivation, initiative and self-direction
  • High level computing skills are required in all MS office software programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Internet Explorer
  • Advanced accurate typing skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and/or arithmetic, problem solving, administrative and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong time management ability and organisational skills essential
  • Capable of functioning semi-autonomously as well as an effective member of a team
  • Responsible for work performed with a substantial level of accountability
