An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Personal Assistants (PA) to join the Nursing & Midwifery Directorate at Western Health. There are a number of ongoing part-time (0.8 FTE) positions supporting our Directors of Nursing & Midwifery across the health service. The successful applicants would be predominately based at either Sunshine Hospital, Footscray Hospital or Bacchus Marsh Hospital, however there is a requirement to work at other Western Health sites as needed.
In this role, you will provide high level administrative and personal assistant support to your assigned Directors. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and you will enjoy working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in effective meeting agenda preparation and minute taking with excellent attention to detail. You will have highly developed organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and work under minimal supervision. Applicants must have proficient computer skills particularly in all Microsoft office suite applications.
