About the role

You will:

  • Assists residents to meet their needs as defined by them.
  • Participates in the provision of resident focused, holistic care under the supervision of Nurses.
  • Undertake the delivery of quality care
  • Supports the leadership team in the effective and efficient management of the designated facility.
  • Contributes to quality healthcare through personal and professional development.

Skills and experience

You will have:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Successful attainment of HLTHPS006 – Assist clients with medication and HLTFSE001– Follow Basic Food Safety Practices.
  • The ability to provide direct consumer care that meets the individual needs
  • Well-developed verbal and written skills
