We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dedicated team at Wimmera Health Care Group as a Health Care Worker. This casual position will assist with the delivery of activities including daily living and supportive care to patients within the acute division of WHCG, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The successful applicant will work across all acute areas including: Oxley, Yandilla, Wyuna Sub-Acute and Emergency Department.

Key Selection Criteria include:

Essential:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• Well developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to prioritise and work effectively without direct supervision

Desirable:

• Previous experience as a Health Care Worker
• Current food handling certificate
• Current Level 1 First Aid certificate
