About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking two qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team and deliver a high quality service to all consumers.
The positions are an integral part of the team, which comprises of fourteen pharmacists, six technicians and other related support staff. The team provides a regional service together with ward pharmacy, drug information, inpatient, outpatient and sterile dispensing. Duties will involve ward pharmacy, inpatient and outpatient dispensing, sterile dispensing (including TPN and IV additives).
These are fixed term full time (80 hours per fortnight) positions, with a monthly ADO until August 2023.
What you bring
The successful applicants must hold a recognised degree in Pharmacy from an approved tertiary institution. They must have the ability to produce a service of excellence by use of Quality Improvement techniques and be familiar with National Standards Accreditation requirements. Candidates will preferably have previous exposure to a broad range of pharmacy services in the general hospital field. Good time management and organisational skills are a must.
