Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is seeking a Physiotherapist Grade 1 to join our Physical Wellbeing Team.
As part of your new role you will;
*Provide a high quality physiotherapy service providing treatment for clients from a number of funding steams – Community Health client including NDIS participants, patients in the acute setting and Residents in Aged Care facilities.
*Provide the physiotherapy service autonomously with minimum direct clinical supervision.
*Plan and coordinate care physiotherapy care with the Physical Wellbeing team and with the wider Community Health Team.
*Participate in the provision of clinical in-service education programs to staff and students.

Permanent Part Time position working 64 hours per fortnight
Salary: Dependent on experience + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
