This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic physiotherapy team, with potential to work across any of the Eastern Health campuses and programs as preferred.

• Clinical areas in Physiotherapy are varied including emergency department (both advanced and secondary physiotherapy), intensive care, acute medical and surgical wards, specialty medicine (neurology, repspiratory, oncology), orthopaedics, sub-acute rehabilitation (neurological/orthopaedic/GEM /palliative care ), womens health and ambulatory services.

• Casual staff sessions may be available both during the week and on weekends as sessional opportunity related to service demand. Casual staff will also have opportunities to apply for permanent roles as they arise.

 About You

 To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Recognised tertiary qualification in relevant Allied Health discipline (Physiotherapy)


• Current registration as appropriate to requirements of Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agencies


• Eligibility for practicing membership of relevant Allied Health Professional Association(s) – Australian Physiotherapy Association


• Broad exposure to a variety of health services environments


• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical theory and practice


• Demonstrated clear understanding of client-centred care


• Desire to support our public health system
