Join our fun and friendly Community Health, Allied Health Outreach Team, where our vision is to work collaboratively with the people of our community to enhance their wellbeing and independence. We are a supportive team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologist, allied health assistant and carpenter within Peninsula Health; which is a major metropolitan health service caring for a community of 300,000 people. What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a Permanent Part Time/Full Time Physiotherapist to provide best practice services to adult HACC and CHSP funded clients, in their own homes or community health center, with a variety of conditions and presentations, who have goals relating to improving their independence, safety, level of function and life participation.
