About the facility 

The Physiotherapy Department provides services to a wide range of clinical areas. Physiotherapy is predominantly inpatient focused with some outpatient services provided in orthopaedics, paediatrics and women's health.

About the role 

We are seeking experienced and skilled Physiotherapist(s) to work in our busy community rehab (outpatient) Neurology team at The McKellar Rehabilitation Centre.

As the successful candidate you will;

• Provide evidence-based Physiotherapy assessment and intervention for community dwelling clients with a broad range of neurological and vestibular clinical conditions


• Assist clients who are referred to our Neuro team after acute or sub-acute inpatient stays, or direct from the community


• Assist clients to develop their own physical rehab goals, and then work towards the achievement of these with the support of the interdisciplinary team


• Supervise junior staff, including a Grade 1 Physiotherapist, Allied Health Assistant and undergraduate Physiotherapy students
