  • Play a key role in Victoria’s Big Housing Build
  • Facilitate planning decisions for social & affordable housing
  • Provide statutory planning advice to major projects & other government initiatives The successful candidate will facilitate a range of planning decisions, with an affordable housing focus.

You will utilise your strong technical and influencing skills to advise on a range of planning permit applications that incorporate social and affordable housing.  Make a real contribution to social justice, high quality sustainable built form through statutory planning advice to major projects and other government initiatives.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in urban planning is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory planning permit and development processes or assessing and managing integrated development proposals within a Victorian state or local government context is desirable.

There are two fixed term positions available, both for a period until 30 June 2022.
