Your Role

The Planning & Reporting Manager is primarily responsible for developing Group (and/or) branch level plans, and all associated internal and external reporting requirements that ensue. The Planning & Reporting Manager will also play a key role in planning for and facilitating the recruitment function within the Group. As a key member of a dynamic team, you will directly contribute to the Victorian Government's investment and job creation priorities.

Reporting to the Manager, Group Performance other key activities will include:

  • Support program management, tracking and oversight across multiple projects
  • Development of appropriate reporting systems
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate ongoing consultation and collaboration on operational and policy issues

Your Skills

To be successful in this position you will have demonstrated management expertise in planning and reporting business functionalities with the ability to work proactively and collaboratively to resolve issues that arise in a highly complex public sector environment. This position will require exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills combined with well developed conceptual and analytical abilities.
