The Department of Premier and Cabinet is looking for a Policy Officer to help shape policy for whole of government digital citizen identity management and improve the community's access to government services.

Digital Victoria is a brand-new government group that will drive digital transformation in Victoria. It will define Victoria's first ever digital strategy and champion the use of data and new technologies, for the benefit of all Victorians.

As the Policy Officer, you will work with the Lead, Identity and Transactions Reform to engage with key stakeholders across government and in other jurisdictions to provide strategic policy leadership on these issues.

The role will support interdepartmental committees and cross jurisdictional forums required to facilitate this policy work.

The role will also be responsible for working on budgetary, policy and legislative issues related to Service Victoria.
