About us

This role sits within the Design and Sustainable Planning (DSP) group of the Built Environment division. DSP is responsible for advising on and facilitation of good court building design, planning and sustainability for Victorian Courts and Tribunals. DSP does this by operating continuously throughout the lifecycle of CSV's built assets, actively engaging and effectively communicating across all jurisdictions to collaboratively develop and deliver proactive solutions. In this context, good design is legible, functional, safe and sustainable for all users.

About the role

The Policy Officer is responsible for providing high quality project and administrative support in the delivery of design projects, policy and briefing documents and associated infrastructure matters.

The Policy Officer is responsible for providing project management and policy support on a wide range of project matters, including developing and maintaining project administration systems, preparing project documentation, building effective relationship with stakeholders, organising project meetings, assisting in risk and issue management, meeting project reporting requirements and preparing tender documentation for a number of projects within the Design and Sustainable Planning team within the Built Environment Division.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding of public service governance, policy development and project management. You will also have strong stakeholder engagement experience, an understanding of project management processes and solid communications skills.
