POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Portfolio and Leasing Manager will lead a team of property professional responsible for the administration, management and performance of a number of the Director of Housing portfolios, including those with registered community housing agencies and private parties. The role involves maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, the provision of professional advice, management of staff, external service providers and key stakeholders, the development of strategic frameworks, robust procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, reporting and risk management.

This role is also responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies and driving enhanced leasing performance through the leveraging of relationships and market knowledge.
