Position Summary:

The Principal Advisor, Housing Development Branch is responsible for ensuring effective coordination of branch corporate accountabilities, planning, and staff engagement. You will operate in a complex and dynamic environment, requiring capacity to exercise sound judgement, liaise effectively with senior executives and build relationships with key people across the department and relevant stakeholders for the Housing division.

The position plays a key leadership role and supports the delivery of outputs for Chief Development Officer and the Housing Development Branch. The position operates with a high-level of professionalism, autonomy, initiative and collaboration.
