The Department of Premier and Cabinet's Private Sector Industrial Relations branch is seeking two law and policy experts to help implement the Victorian Government's response to the Inquiry into the Victorian On-Demand Workforce (the Inquiry).
The Private Sector Industrial Relations branch provides expert advice and assistance on private sector industrial relations matters to government, supports government participation in the development and maintenance of the national industrial relations system and leads responses and submissions to major industrial relations reviews and inquiries.
As a Principal Legal Policy Adviser, you will lead and manage projects to develop and implement industrial relations legislation, policy, programs and initiatives, and provide expert legal advice and support to implement the Victorian Government's response to the Inquiry.
You will procure and project manage external legal services providers as necessary and develop and maintain networks and relationships with key external and government stakeholders regarding industrial relations issues and regulation.
