The Principal Project Officer within the Planning and Development branch of the Victorian Health and Human Services Building Authority, (VHHSBA) will manage all origination activities up to and including the preparation of capital businesses cases pursuant to Department of Treasury and Finance guidelines for Victorian health infrastructure projects.

Therefore, the Principal Project Officer must have: extensive knowledge of the Victorian healthcare system, proven stakeholder engagement and management skills and an extensive track record managing the identification, definition and development of health infrastructure projects.

The Principal Project Officer will work to deliver high quality projects, on time and on budget consistent with the VHHSBA Project Management Framework. They must demonstrate an extensive background in health infrastructure project management or front-end engineering and design and will have the capacity to think laterally, methodically and be capable of forming an excellent network of internal and external collaborators.
