Seeking an experienced product marketing professional with experience developing marketing strategies and content.

A new opportunity for a Product Marketing Lead exists within the Strategic Land Assessment and Information Division – Land Use Victoria. The role will assist with the creation of a new brand identity for the Coordinated Imagery Program, develop and deliver product marketing strategies for Vicmap products and services, including creating messaging and engaging digital content using beautiful high-resolution aerial images and geospatial data.

The role sits within a team of subject matter experts that support internal and external communication on the benefits delivered to Victorian communities from foundation spatial data and services. An ability to understand and market with impact the benefits achievable from this data to both specialists and a general audience is critical to success in this role.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in a communications/media/business, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in product marketing
  • Knowledge of Victorian Government communications policies and context is desirable
  • Experience marketing data products is desirable

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 12 months.
