PROGRAM MANAGER

  • $85,279 - $96,759 (Plus Superannuation)
  • Fixed Term to 31/12/20
  • Usual hours of work: Full Time (flexibility may be available)
  • Usual work location: Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available)

The Program Manager will work closely with funded agencies and internal and external stakeholders, to deliver Jobs Victoria programs.  This role has responsiblity for delivering programs supporting job-seekers to gain employment, and is a critical component of the Programs team.

The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate –

  • well-developed project management skills and the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple tasks;
  • well developed conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to undertake research, identify issues and develop innovative solutions;
  • effective written and verbal communication skills, including capacity to prepare briefings and reports;
  • strong interpersonal skills to facilitate establishing and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders; and
  • ability to collaborate and work as part of a team to effectively plan, coordinate and manage work activities with minimal supervision and direction.
