About the role:

We are currently searching for three (3) Project Engineers to join our Alliance teams. One (1) in our Southern Program Alliance (SPA) and two (2) in our South East Program Alliance (SEPA).

Reporting to the Project Managers, the Project Engineers will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and delivery of elements of major complex road and rail infrastructure through contributing to project activities. The positions will also be responsible for building effective, collaborative, and enduring relationships with a variety of stakeholders from multi-disciplined backgrounds.

Key to your application will be your ability to identify technical issues and be able to undertake technical investigations and provide suitable recommendations and reports with appropriate resolutions.

This is a 3-year fixed term position, paying a salary between $90,067 - $102,192 + superannuation. Our SEPA offices are in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, our SPA offices are in the Southern suburbs and our head office is located in the CBD. People that enjoy working from both the office and from home have the option to access our hybrid working arrangements.


About you

You will have a strong sense of purpose in helping the project deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel. Your experience in railway, roads, design and construction together with the capacity to identify technical issues and be able to undertake technical investigations plus provide suitable recommendations and reports with appropriate resolutions, will ensure your success in this role
