An exciting role to continue implementation of the Respectful Relationships Initiative is available in the Goulburn Area. This is a full time, fixed term position based in either the Shepparton or Seymour Area Offices. The Project Lead will be responsible for supporting and building the capacity of school leaders, teachers, other school based staff and early childhood educators to implement a whole school/setting approach to Respectful Relationships as part of a wider whole of community commitment to family violence prevention. The position will develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the family violence sector and other key regional partners. The Project Lead works alongside the Liaison Officer and other area staff to progress Family Violence prevention strategies across the area.

[Implementation of the Royal Commission's key recommendations to mandate Repectful Relationships Education in all government schools is supported by the establishment of the Project Lead and Area Liaison positions across the State.

The Project Lead will be responsible for supporting and building the capacity of schools and early childhood educators to implement a whole school/setting approach to Respectful Relationships as part of a wider whole of community committment to family violence prevention.
