POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of Capital Projects. You will support the Project Director and the specialised project team through the following tasks:

  • Managing client relationships
  • Procurement and management of consultants and contractors
  • Deliver project budget, delivery and performance reporting
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting

Your key stakeholders will be capital health project clients, such as hospitals and health services, consultants and contractors as well as the health community at large.

What you will need to be successful

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with knowledge of capital planning processes for complex health infrastructure projects. This experience will be gained within a government setting.

  • Planning and development of health infrastructure projects
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Competently produce complex project plans
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in providing authoritative quality advice

A tertiary qualification in architecture, building, engineering or equivalent experience would be highly desirable.
