About us
The Major Projects Division is responsible for the delivery of new law courts in Bendigo and Wyndham. Major Projects Division recently completed Bendigo Law Courts on time and on budget. The division is currently delivering Wyndham Law Courts which will increase access to justice for communities in central Victoria and western metropolitan Melbourne.
The Wyndham Law Courts Development Project is a crucial infrastructure project funded by the Victorian State Government in the 2020/2021 budget. The project aims to deliver a contemporary world-class law court precinct in Wyndham that will provide a full range of specialist courts and programs. The project is currently in the construction phase and is expected to be completed by the early 2025.
About the role
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of the building wayfinding activities, support the transition period from construction to business as usual, and initiate effective relationships with stakeholders. You will also provide program and project management services, support procurement activities, provide input to policy and guideline development, and maintain a quality management regime in project delivery
About you
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in program and project management of multiple and diverse major construction capital projects with a preference for PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management methodology. You should have experience in developing and managing stakeholder engagement processes, have a strong understanding of procurement, design management, and contract management, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
