About the Division/Branch
The Best Start, Best Life reforms include the introduction of 15 hours per week of Three-Year-Old Kindergarten by 2029 and the transition of Four-Year-Old Kindergarten to Pre-Prep, a universal 30-hour-a-week program of play-based learning available to every four-year-old child in Victoria.
The Service Delivery and Change Management branch is part of Kindergarten Expansion and Pre-Prep Reform (KEPPR) and works collaboratively across the Early Childhood Education group, the Department and with the Early Childhood Education sector to:

About the Role
The Service Delivery and Change Management branch has an opportunity for a Project Officer (fixed-term until 30 July 2027) to join the Change Management team. The team delivers practical change management supports for the sector that that they can successfully implement the Best Start, Best Life reforms. You will play a key support role in the team which is delivering initiatives to support implementation of early childhood reforms.
