Role: Project Officer, Reporting and Portfolio Projects (Role until  - 30 June 2021)

Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to high-level stakeholder/executive groups, co-ordinating meetings and workshops, developing and maintaining project administration systems, liaising with project stakeholders, preparing a range of project documents and assisting in risk and issue management.

Responsibilties:

• Provide Program Management expertise, and ensure programs ofwork align with program management principles and best practice 
• Work collaboratively to deliver high quality outcomes
• Act as a key liaison across DIME, working with Program Managers from other functional areas to ensure information sharing and transparency.
• Coordinate forums and stakeholder engagement relevant to the program of work.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at peer and senior levels
• Support consultation processes including engagement with key stakeholders
• Provide support to functional area stakeholders on implementation issues
• Support the adaptation and implementation of projects, programs and policies within the functional area
• Work flexibly across DIME, performing other tasks and contributing to other projects as required.
