About the Role

The Projects and Development Administrator role is the cornerstone of support to the Organisational Development team, ensuring the Organisational Culture, Development and Experience teams are supported to deliver a wide range of employee engagement initiatives, development programs, recognition programs and awards, and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Plan. These programs and work build capability and foster a positive workplace culture within Western Health.

You would be part of an experienced, progressive and supportive team, in a fast-growing public health service focused on delivering best care through the best people.

What we want you to do

  • Develop project plans for key programs of work
  • Initiate assessments for development and or recruitment and develop success profiles for various roles using the Korn Ferry Talent Hub
  • Select training and facilitator guides appropriate to managers needs using Korn Ferry Alliance
  • Support Organisational Consultancy Workshop preparations, scheduling training, liaising with managers and other stakeholders
  • Manage traffic and requests within shared departmental inboxes
  • Assist in coordination of Reward and Recognition Programs, including supporting the delivery of promotional and celebratory events
  • Coordination of Policy and Procedure updates and review processes
  • Support the Public Affairs and Organisational Culture and Leadership Development teams in the delivery of major cultural and site events
  • Ensure up to date and relevant digital information is available for our employees
  • Actively participate, develop and/or maintain systems and databases
  • Manage departmental invoicing and budget tracking against initiatives
  • Coordinate monthly reports
  • Schedule and liaise with stakeholders in regard to departmental calendar of events
