What You Will Be Doing Peninsula Health 10 bed Youth PARC (YPARC) service based in Frankston, run in collaboration with the partner provider, is a 24 /7 residential services providing support to people experiencing significant mental health conditions that require clinical and/or psychosocial interventions, with an early intervention and recovery focus. The model of care also recognises the importance of the formation of local partnerships with relevant services such as community mental health services, alcohol and other drug (AOD) services, housing, primary health, education and vocational/training services. The Grade 2 Psychologist provides individual and group psychological assessment, formulation and treatment. The Grade 2 psychologist will have clinical knowledge and skills in working therapeutically with clients experiencing mental health problems, drawing upon a range of evidence-based, therapeutic models.
What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:• Current AHPRA general registration as a Psychologist • Experience working with people with mental health problems • Experience in conducting psychological assessments and developing formulations• Experience in delivering psychological interventions• Interest in working in a public mental health setting• Proficient computer literacy • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
